  7. It's 300 ml of air kelapa.
  8. Prepare 2 butir of telur (ambil kuningnya).
  9. It's secukupnya of keju.
  10. Prepare secukupnya of kayu manis bubuk.
  11. It's secukupnya of kismis.

Langkah Memasak Klapertart cheese

  1. Kocok kuning telur, tambahkan vanili.
  2. Aduk terigu, dengan air kelapa, (saring supaya tdk menggumpal) Masukan susu cair, susu bubuk, mentega & kocokan telur.
  3. Lalu Masak, sambil d aduk sampai halus, (api nya kecil ya).
  4. Setelah lembut masukan daging kelapa muda.
  5. Masukan ke dalam cetakan lalu taburi kismis, parutan keju, & bubuk kayu manis.
  6. Lalu panggang/kukus..
