  1. Prepare 1 fillet of dada ayam, potong2.
  2. You need 1 bungkus of jamur enoki.
  3. You need 1 ikat of pakcoy, potong2.
  4. You need 1/8 bagian of bawang bombay, iris tipis.
  5. You need 1 siung of bawang putih, cincang.
  6. It's 1 batang of serai, geprek.
  7. It's 1 of daun jeruk.
  8. It's 1 ruas of jahe, geprek.
  9. Prepare 1/2 bagian of lemon, peras.
  10. Prepare of Garam, gula, merica.

  1. Tumis bawang, serai, daun jeruk, jahe sanpai harum.
  2. Masukkan ayam, aduk2 sampai smua bagian ayam berubah warna.
  3. Masukkan air secukupnya, biarkan mendidih.
  4. Tambahkan garam, gula, merica sesuai selera.
  5. Masukkan pakcoy & jamur.
  6. Masak sampai matang lalu tambahkan air perasan lemon.
  7. Cicipi & koreksi rasa jika perlu.
