Langkah Memasak Sup Tom Yum Goong

  1. Bersihkan udang, potong2 tahu & iris jamur, potong2 cabe, sawi putih, tomat dan daun ketumbar....sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan panji berisi air, masukkan sereh, lengkuas, bawang bombay, kaldu jamur dan cabe...didihkan.
  3. Setelah mendidih, masukkan udang, irisan jamur dan tahu...didihkan kembali.
  4. Setelah mendidih, tambahkan kecap ikan, air jeruk, gula dan garam...aduk rata kemudian tes rasa...jika sudah pas, kecilkan api kemudian masukkan sawi putih, tomat dan daun ketumbar...sambil diaduk sampai sawi terlihat layu...matikan api....
