- It's 8 of udang pacet.
- Prepare 8 of bakso ikan.
- Prepare secukupnya of Jamur kuping.
- It's secukupnya of Soun/konyaku.
- Prepare 1 buah of jeruk nipis iris.
- It's 8 helai of kelopak bunga kecombrang.
- Prepare 1 buah of sereh memarkan.
- Prepare 1 batang of daun bawang, iris.
- It's iris of Daun huan sui/ketumbar secukupnya,.
- You need 1 buah of tomat bagi 16 potong.
- You need 2 helai of daun jeruk.
- It's 50 ml of susu cair.
- You need 500 ml of air/ kaldu ayam.
- You need 1 sdm of bumbu paste tomyum tutup biru.
- Prepare 2 buah of bawang putih cincang.
- You need Secukupnya of gula garam lada.
Langkah Memasak Tom yum kung
- Panaskan minyak secukupnya lalu goreng bawang putih hingga menguning.
- Masukan daun jeruk, sereh dan kecombrang aduk sebentar.
- Masukan tomat disertai dengan udang (boleh ganti yg lain).
- Setelah wangi dan udang memerah, masukan susu biarkan mendidih.
- Masukan kaldu ayam, gula, garam, bumbu paste, kecilkan api lalu tutup..
- Rebus soun, bakso ikan dan jamur kuping terpisah dr kuah tomyum. Angkat taruh di air dingin.
- Ketika soup mulai mendidih matikan..
- Arrange baso ikan, jamur kuping, soun pada mangkok lalu tuangkan kuah tomyum, pakaikan jeruk nipis, daun bawang, daun huansui/ketumbar dan cabe rawit sesuai selera..
