Langkah Memasak Tom yum kung

  1. Panaskan minyak secukupnya lalu goreng bawang putih hingga menguning.
  2. Masukan daun jeruk, sereh dan kecombrang aduk sebentar.
  3. Masukan tomat disertai dengan udang (boleh ganti yg lain).
  4. Setelah wangi dan udang memerah, masukan susu biarkan mendidih.
  5. Masukan kaldu ayam, gula, garam, bumbu paste, kecilkan api lalu tutup..
