Bahan Membuat Tomyum goong

  1. You need 2 ekor of cumi bangka ukuran sedang.
  2. It's 15 ekor of udang vaname ukuran sedang.
  3. You need 500 gr of aneka baso ikan (sy beli curah @6500/100gr).
  4. Prepare 1 bungkus of jamur enoki.
  5. It's 1 bungkus of tofu / tahu sutra (saya kongkee).
  6. You need 300 gr of pokcoy.
  7. Prepare 2 bks of bumbu tomyum instan (sy merk finna).
  8. Prepare 300 ml of santan.
  9. Prepare 3 sdm of kecap ikan.
  10. Prepare 1 sdm of saus tiram.
  11. Prepare secukupnya of gula.
  12. Prepare secukupnya of garam.
  13. It's 2 buah of jeruk nipis.
  14. It's 1 sdt of merica bubuk.
  15. You need 1/2 buah of bawang bombay.
  16. You need 5 siung of bawang putih.
  17. It's 4 siung of bawang merah.
  18. It's 3 ruas of sereh.
  19. You need 6 lbr of daun jeruk.
  20. Prepare sesuai selera of Cabe rawit.

Langkah Memasak Tomyum goong

  1. Potong cumi sesuai selera dan bersihkan udang lalu beri sedikit jeruk nipis agak tidak amis.
  2. Cincang triple bawang dan sedikit cabe.
  3. Tumis triple bawang, bumbu instan, sereh, daun jeruk, cabe, cumi dan udang hingga matang lalu tambahkan air masak hingga mendidih.
  4. Masukkan aneka baso seafood, kecap ikan, saus tiram dan masukkan santan aduk terus perlahan lalu masak lagi hingga mendidih.
  5. Lalu masukkan pokcoy, jamur Enoki dan air perasan jeruk nipis dan test rasa.
  6. Setelah jamur dan pokcoy masuk sebaiknya jgn dimasak terlalu lama spy tetap segar. Masukan gula, garam, merica dan tahu..
  7. Tomyum Goong siap dihidangkan.
  8. Penyajian bisa pakai mie kuning atau mie telor rebus sbg pengganti nasi.
