Langkah Memasak Tom yum goong (Tom yum udang)

  1. Bersihkan udang,belah punggung tanpa kupas,pisahkan kepalanya.
  2. Tumis kepala udang hingga kemerahan.
  3. Masukan bumbu halus,hingga harum.
  4. Masukan 700ml air,biarkan mendidih,angkat sisa kepala udang.
  5. Setelah mendidih,masukan bahan secara bertahap,udang-tahu-jamur dan sayur.
  6. Voila Tom yum pun bisa dihidangkan hangat.
