Bahan Membuat Empal gepuk suir

Langkah Memasak Empal gepuk suir

  1. Potong2 daging berlawanan serat kira2 3x3 cm.
  2. Siapkan bumbu yg di ulek..pake lengkuas yg muda agar mudah di ulek dan serai nya jg putih nya aj.
  3. Setelah halus masukkan gula jawa.
  4. Siapkan rempah daunnya yg telah diremas.
  5. Dalam wajan campur rata sambil di remas2 bumbu ulek dan potongan daging..sisihkan.
  6. Peras santanya..perasan pertama jd santan kental kurleb 400 ml..dan sisa perasan jd santan encer.
  7. Masukkan santan encer, gula pasirdan garam kedalam campuran daging..lalu masak sampai air menyusut.
  8. Setelah agak menyusut masukkan air asam jawa dan santan kental..masak terus sambil sesekali diaduk sampai kuah menyusut.
  9. Setelah menyusut, suwir2 daging menggunakan dua buah garpu..jgn lupa di icip rasanya.
  10. Masak kembali dgn api sedang sambil diaduk terus..sampai agak kering dan kalis.
