Langkah Memasak Fire Chicken

  1. Potong ayam, cuci bersih dan rebus 1x lalu buang air nya.
  2. Celupkan ke telur lalu tepung serba guna dan goreng sampai matang.
  3. Geprek bawang putih dan tumis bersama bawang bombay menggunakan minyak wijen yg dicampur mentega. Setelah layu tambahkan saos tomat, dan saos tiram juga garam, gula, kaldu. Tambahkan sedikit air dan masak sampai mendidih.
  4. Tambahkan beberapa sendok bubuk cabe sesuai selera.
  5. Aduh rata, lalu masukkan ayam yg telah digoreng tepung tadi sampai bumbu benar-benar menempel di ayam.
