Bahan Membuat Semur Betawi santan

  1. You need 500 gram of daging sapi.
  2. Prepare 250 gram of kentang.
  3. You need 1 of santan kara.
  4. It's 2 cm of lengkuas.
  5. Prepare 1 Batang of sereh.
  6. It's 4 buah of cengkeh.
  7. Prepare 2 lembar of daun jeruk.
  8. You need 2 lembar of daun salam.
  9. You need 3 cm of kayu manis.
  10. You need 1 buah of tomat.
  11. You need of bumbu halus.
  12. You need 8 siung of bawang merah.
  13. It's 4 siung of bawang putih.
  14. You need 1 sendok teh of ketumbar.
  15. It's 1/4 sendok teh of jinten.
  16. It's 2 cm of jahe.
  17. You need 1 sendok teh of pala.
  18. Prepare 4 buah of kemiri.
  19. You need secukupnya of kecap.
  20. It's secukupnya of garam, lada.

Langkah Memasak Semur Betawi santan

  1. Rebus daging hingga empuk.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus, tambahkan serei, cengkeh, kayu manis, daun jeruk dan salam.
  3. Masukkan daging dan kaldu kedalam bumbu tumisan tambahkan kecap manis.
  4. Setelah daging empuk dan bumbu meresap tambahkan kentang dan tomat, lalu tunggu hingga kuah mengering.
  5. Semur siap di sajikan.
