Bahan Membuat Dango mochi

  1. It's 100 gram of Tepung ketan.
  2. Prepare 100 gram of Tepung beras.
  3. It's 6 sdm of Gula pasir.
  4. You need sejumput of Garam.
  5. Prepare of Air.
  6. Prepare of Pewarna makanan : merah dan hijau.
  7. Prepare Tusuk of sate.

Langkah Memasak Dango mochi

  1. Campur tepung beras, tepung ketan dan gula pasir dlm 1 wadah lalu beri air sedikit2 lalu aduk2 sampai tercampur dan adonan kalis.
  2. Bagi adonan menjadi 3 tempat. Beri pewarna pada 2 wadah yg 1 warna merah, yg 1 hijau..1 lg biarkan berwarna putih. Lalu bentuk adonan bulat2.
  3. Rebus air sampai mendidih lalu bergantian masukan adonan bulat2 yg warna merah dulu setelah mengambang angkat. Lalu ganti air..ganti adonan bulat2 hijau setelah mengambang angkat airnya dibuang. Trakhir adonan bulat warna putih.
  4. Siapkan tusuk sate lalu tusuk mulai dr adonan hijau, lalu putih setelah itu merah. Sajikan.
