Bahan Membuat Garang Asem

  1. It's 1 kg of ayam potong.
  2. You need 6 of blimbing wuluh.
  3. It's 2 of tomat merah.
  4. You need 2 of tomat hijau.
  5. You need 10 of cabe merah rawit.
  6. You need of Daun pisanh.
  7. It's of Bumbu.
  8. Prepare 10 siung of bawang merah.
  9. Prepare 10 siung of bawang putih.
  10. You need 1 sdt of mrica.
  11. Prepare 1 sdt of ketumbar.
  12. You need 1/2 siung of bawang bombay (di iris).
  13. You need of Penyedap.
  14. It's of Garam.
  15. It's 10 of cabe keriting merah (diiris).
  16. It's of Salam.
  17. You need of Lengkuas.
  18. Prepare of Sere.
  19. It's of Daun jeruk.

Langkah Memasak Garang Asem

  1. Haluskan bawang merah bawang putih ketumbar mrica garam.
  2. Iris tomat blimbing wuluh cabe merah keriting.
  3. Tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan dan bawang bombay sampai harum masukkan irisan cabe merah kriting salam daun jeruk lengkuas sere.
  4. Masukkan ayam dan air.
  5. Setelah ayam berubah warna masukkan tomat blimbing wuluh cabe rawit tunggu sampai mendidih lalu angkat.
  6. Bungkus dengan daun pisang.
  7. Kukus +- 30 menit.
