Langkah Memasak Garang Asem Ati Ampela tanpa santan

  1. Rebus ati ampela dalam air mendidih kira kira 15 menit.
  2. Siapkan bahan lain,bumbu halus,bumbu rajang,dan lainnya.
  3. Siapkan wajan,beri daun pisang,tata ati ampela dan bumbu lain disitu... masukkan air, aduk bumbu hingga merata, cek rasa...
  4. Nyalakan kompor,tutup bahan di wajan dgn daun, tutup lho dgn tutup kaca...
  5. Masak Kurleb..30 menit..hingga daun kayu kecoklatan..garang asem siap dihidangkan.
