Langkah Memasak Mie goreng (mie basah)

  1. Marinasi mie basah dengan kecap manis, kecap asin dan saus tiram agar warna kecoklatannya meresap.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan telur lalu orak arik, masukan daun bawang seledri tomat yg sudah diiris.. lalu masukan mie.
  3. Masukan garam, kaldu bubuk, aduk sampai rata lalu tes rasa.
