  1. Prepare 500 gr of daging sapi, potong"cuci bersih.
  2. Prepare 2 buah of sereh, memarkan.
  3. You need 5 lembar of daun salam.
  4. Prepare 5 lembar of daun jeruk.
  5. You need 10 buah of belimbing wuluh,potong".
  6. It's Secukupnya of air u/ merebus daging.
  7. Prepare of Bumbu yg dihaluskan :.
  8. It's 10 siung of bawang merah.
  9. You need 5 siung of bawang putih.
  10. It's 5 butir of kemiri sangrai.
  11. You need 1/2 sdt of ketumbar.
  12. It's 1/2 sdt of merica.
  13. It's 2 cm of lengkuas.
  14. Prepare secukupnya of Kaldu bubuk rasa sapi+garam.
  15. You need of Pelengkap :.
  16. Prepare Irisan of daun bawang.
  17. It's Irisan of tomat.
  18. You need of Bawang goreng.
  19. It's of Sambal.

Langkah Memasak Garang Asem Khas Cirebon

  1. Rebus potongan daging sapi dgn 3 lembar daun salam hingga empuk sambil sesekali membuang lemak yg keluar dari hasil rebusan....
  2. Tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan bersama sereh,daun salam & daun jeruk hingga harum dan matang....
  3. Masukkan tumisan bumbu kedalam rebusan daging,aduk rata,beri kaldu bubuk+garam secukupnya,dan potongan belimbing wuluh,koreksi rasa....
  4. Siapkan garang asem dalam mangkuk,beri irisan daun bawang,irisan tomat,dan taburi dgn bawang goreng...sajikan bersama nasi hangat...👍😘.
