Bahan Membuat Garang Asem Khas Cirebon
- Prepare 500 gr of daging sapi, potong"cuci bersih.
- Prepare 2 buah of sereh, memarkan.
- You need 5 lembar of daun salam.
- Prepare 5 lembar of daun jeruk.
- You need 10 buah of belimbing wuluh,potong".
- It's Secukupnya of air u/ merebus daging.
- Prepare of Bumbu yg dihaluskan :.
- It's 10 siung of bawang merah.
- You need 5 siung of bawang putih.
- It's 5 butir of kemiri sangrai.
- You need 1/2 sdt of ketumbar.
- It's 1/2 sdt of merica.
- It's 2 cm of lengkuas.
- Prepare secukupnya of Kaldu bubuk rasa sapi+garam.
- You need of Pelengkap :.
- Prepare Irisan of daun bawang.
- It's Irisan of tomat.
- You need of Bawang goreng.
- It's of Sambal.
Langkah Memasak Garang Asem Khas Cirebon
- Rebus potongan daging sapi dgn 3 lembar daun salam hingga empuk sambil sesekali membuang lemak yg keluar dari hasil rebusan....
- Tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan bersama sereh,daun salam & daun jeruk hingga harum dan matang....
- Masukkan tumisan bumbu kedalam rebusan daging,aduk rata,beri kaldu bubuk+garam secukupnya,dan potongan belimbing wuluh,koreksi rasa....
- Siapkan garang asem dalam mangkuk,beri irisan daun bawang,irisan tomat,dan taburi dgn bawang goreng...sajikan bersama nasi hangat...👍😘.
